Last year I bought a scratch off map and realized I’ve gone to 26 of our 50 united states. While hanging out after a dinner party, Jill and I were discussing the map and comparing what states we had been to. From there a plan was hatched to visit some of our missing states together. The […]Read more "An excursion to Arkansas & Oklahoma"
When I was younger, Epcot was probably my least favorite park. What was so interesting about random countries? Where were the rides?! Now that I’m older, and more importantly over 21, it’s definitely one of my favorite parks at Disney World. Sean, Dante, and I embarked on our campaign to Drink Around the World. Today I only managed to take […]Read more "Taipei, Taiwan Trip 2016: Day 2"

Keeping this in mind since his departure, I wrangled a handful of friends and convinced them to go to Indiana with me for this culinary expedition. Jimmy lives in southern Indiana, near Kentucky. This is about a 7 hour drive, so we had a nice road trip through Ohio, Kentucky, and the southern tip of Indiana. Two of our group left from Urbana-Champagn, Illinois and the other five of us road-tripped down from my place.Read more "Southern Indiana for a weekend"
