So…I can’t find my camera cord, which has delayed my post this week by a day. But in lieu of that, I’ve decided to write a post and then just make another one with pictures afterwards. 

Let’s see, what happened last week. Made some Venison Mashed Potato Balls that were deep fried on Thursday, then on Sunday I hosted the dinner party with Corned Beef & Cabbage. The cookbook I had totally lied about how it looked afterwards, but in any case it was delicious. 

Other than that, it’s been pretty busy at work as our project starts to hit the deadline, so I’m doing everything I can to make things run smoothly. I have a great team to work with though, so we will get it done 

Other than that, no word on the house yet. Had an inspection done and there’s no mold so that’s good! Nami is 12 lbs 5.5 oz so she’s getting chubbier. Also should be getting my Master’s in March. So I’m pretty psyched about this next half year. May can’t come soon enough!
