I have been dilettante in my duties of keeping this blog up to date. A lot of it has to do with Electric Forest (the “next” post that should have been posted) having videos and me not knowing what to do with them. As weeks went by, the events continued to pile up upon each other in a heap until I wasn’t sure how I wanted to format my posts, what I was actually trying to convey; and so like a college student trying to avoid studying for finals I just left everything sitting there. Promising I’d get to them soon and never doing so. Well the Thanksgiving holiday is upon us and I’m hoping in my post-feast haze I’ll be able to pump through at least 2 months of posts. It’s not that I don’t have the pictures, a lot of them merely have to be pared down. I’ve even done that paring already for posts that follow, but mostly that paring process is what has me paralyzed.

I’ve been agonizing over how many pictures should be in each post, and whether or not exceptions should be made since I was gone for longer and so more happened. I suppose each post should be unique, and so I go back to my earlier point of how do I want to format my posts and what am I trying to convey.

On top of that, Facebook ceased its connectivity to WordPress. So I was trying to figure out what to do about that, but I guess it is what it is. I am trying to use Facebook less anyways, but that doesn’t really change the fact that so many of my friends use it, so it’s a good way to keep in touch and to let them know what’s going on. I guess those that take the trouble to check my blog will be rewarded with all the pictures I take!

Not much has happened this last week. We saw Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and it was very entertaining. I’m glad they still introduced some new beasts, however I felt like it was a little shoehorned in. There was plenty of fan service, but I feel like if you’re going to make it a “Fantastic Beasts” series, the beasts should have a little more of the spotlight. Still, baby nifflers. That’s all I think that needs to be said.

Anyways, I’ll try to do better going forward with posts. I have a clearer vision of what I want to do, so let’s just hope I have the resolve to proceed from here on forth.
